This is an upbeat 1 hour well-being presentation developed and presented by Simonette.
During the hour you will view a power point presentation outlining specific strategies to improve your quality of thinking and resilience to stress.
You will also be guided through a range of simple 5 minutes strategies and visualisations, which you can apply to your daily routine.
Take Five! strategies are quick effective methods to promote optimistic thinking and emotional and physical wellbeing.
This presentation is ideal as a Corporate and small business initiative to enhance employee well-being and improve corporate culture. This short course will be presented on site in the board-room, or training room and is great as a lunch time training.
